AT13U: Kids Race 5 - 13 years old

100 yard Swim/ 400 yard Run

-All registrants must be able to swim without flotation device assistance-

AT5K:

1K Swim: A triangular, clockwise 1k course in Lake Washington. Waves of 100 will start every 5 minutes beginning at 9:00am. Athletes will be assigned a start time determined by age group and gender. Start times will be posted at packet pick-up.

Transition Area: A secured transition area, open only to

participants, will be located just west of swim exit. Athletes will be assigned specific transition spots corresponding to their race number.

4K Run: The run is an out and back course beginning along the paved path just west of Lake Washington.

AT10K:

2K Swim: A triangular, clockwise 1k course in Lake Washington. Athletes must complete the course twice, exiting the water between loops. Waves of 100 will start every 5 minutes beginning at 8:00am. Athletes will be assigned a start time determined by age group and gender. Start times will be posted at packet pick-up.

Post Race Food: Orange juice and bagels will be served following the event.
