Course Descriptions:
AT13U: Kids Race 5 - 13 years old
100 yard Swim/ 400 yard Run
-All registrants must be able to swim without flotation device assistance-
AT5K:
1K Swim: The swim race course will run parallel to the beach on the north side of Pier 60, in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The water temperature should be about 84F. To complete the 1k, the competitor must complete the swim course once. Athletes will be assigned a start time determined by age group and gender

Transition Area: A secured transition area, open only to
participants, will be located a 100 yards from the swim exit. Athletes will be assigned specific transition spots corresponding to their race number.
4K Run: The run is an out and back course along hard-packed sands of Clearwater Beach A trun-around marker and race monitor will be posted at the 2k turn-around point.

AT10K:
