AQUATERRA13U
AquaTerra 13U is the youth racing arm of AquaTerra Racing set up specifically for kids ages 5-13. AquaTerra 13U's mission is to create a venue that introduces and inspires children to a life of physical fitness through swim/run racing regardless of their financial status. No child will be turned away from an AquaTerra 13U event because they can't afford it.
Additionally, the AquaTerra 13U distance is a more manageable:
100 yard Swim/400 yard Run.
Every participant will receive a finishers medal.
Every participant will receive a cotton race shirt.
AquaTerra 13U will have three age groups:
5-7, 8-10 and 11-13 for both boys and girls.
Framable Certificates will be awarded to every finisher in numerical finish order in each age group.
Every regional event will include an AquaTerra 13U event as the final race of the day! Look to the race venue you are interested in to get more race details. And remember, you will need mom or dad's permission to participate.
Every penny earned by AquaTerra 13U will be reinvested into the program. Our 2012 goal is to establish free after school training programs in every AquaTerra Racing host city.
